                   AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING SEWER
                   EASEMENTS LOCATED ON LITTLE THEATRE PROPERTY AT
                   400 RIVER STREET, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
                   HEREIN.

              	   SECTION 1.	  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 

         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby
         abandoned sewer easements located on Little Theatre Property at 

         400 River Street, more particularly described herein, and as 
shown
         on plat attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference:
        
                A 20 feet wide sanitary sewer easement located in
                Little Theatre property at 400 River Street,
                starting from Riveria Villas and ending at Walnut
                Street Bridge.
               
                On property located on Lot 1 of the proposed Little
                Theatre of Chattanooga, Inc. Subdivision as shown
                on the Betts Engineering Associates, Inc. drawing
                number 5750-3-200.
               
               
              	   SECTION 2.	  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this
         Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its 
passage
         as provided by law.
